The full weekly invoice is due within 24 hours after it is issued. Winning items must be paid for and claimed within seven calendar days. Beginning after the seven-day claim deadline, the account is charged $1 per item for each calendar day. Unclaimed items may be taken back and relisted. The storage balance remains due, and bidding access stays suspended until that balance is paid.
Other bidders see only the final character of your bidder username behind a fixed mask. Your full username, legal name, email, phone, and shipping address are private business records used for account verification, payment, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and authorized communications. Bids record only an approximate city/state location when available—not a precise address or GPS location. Our private seller dashboard shows recent active browsers and privacy-safe traffic reporting such as visited site sections, campaign source, approximate city, signups, watches, maximum bids, invoices, and payments. A one-day anonymous browser cookie connects a browsing session; signed-in activity can be associated with your account. We do not store IP addresses, exact locations, or full external referrer URLs. Online status expires after 90 seconds; aggregate acquisition and conversion events are retained for business reporting. New-account details are sent to authorized sellers as an operational signup notice.
