The important terms, in plain language.
The full weekly invoice is due within 24 hours after it is issued. Winning items must be paid for and claimed within seven calendar days. Beginning after the seven-day claim deadline, the account is charged $1 per item for each calendar day. Unclaimed items may be taken back and relisted. The storage balance remains due, and bidding access stays suspended until that balance is paid.
Other bidders see only your username. Your legal name, email, phone, and shipping address are private business records used for account verification, payment, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and authorized communications. Bids record only an approximate city/state location when available—not a precise address or GPS location.
