Winning bids are final. Refunds are considered only when an item is missing, counterfeit, damaged before pickup or shipment, materially different from its listing, or cannot be fulfilled by Ann Arbor Bidding. Buyer’s remorse, accidental bids, disclosed wear, or finding a lower price elsewhere do not qualify. Problems must be reported within 48 hours after pickup or delivery with photos when applicable. Fulfilled shipping or delivery charges are nonrefundable unless Ann Arbor Bidding caused the problem.
Other bidders see only your username. Your legal name, email, phone, and shipping address are private business records used for account verification, payment, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and authorized communications. Bids record only an approximate city/state location when available—not a precise address or GPS location.
